Bathroom Remodel
Wallpaper and oak, gone in a week.
Dated wallpaper, a builder-grade tub and a tired oak vanity came out. In went a full tile tub surround, a new vanity with a quartz top, fresh paint and wide-plank flooring — same footprint, completely different room.

Tile Shower
From gold-framed box to spa shower.
The old enclosure was cramped, dated and leaking light through frosted glass. We rebuilt it with full-height porcelain slab walls, a recessed tile niche, a pebble shower floor and matte black trim behind frameless glass.

Flooring
Down to the slab, back to beautiful.
Failed flooring torn out, adhesive ground off and the slab prepped flat — then wide-plank luxury vinyl run wall to wall through the living space, with the furniture back in place the same week.

Bathroom Remodel
Same four walls, a different house.
A rough-sawn timber vanity and dated tile came out for a white shaker vanity with a quartz top, a full marble-look tile surround behind glass, hexagon marble flooring and matte black fixtures throughout.

Tub to Walk-In Shower
The tub goes, the room grows.
Swapping a builder tub for a curbless walk-in shower opened the whole room up. Marble-look porcelain floor to ceiling, a pebble shower base, matte black fixtures and a frameless glass panel — same four walls, twice the room.

Master Bath
Gold walls and frosted glass, gone.
The framed enclosure came out and the whole room went to marble-look porcelain — floor, walls and shower alike. A pebble shower floor, matte black fixtures and a frameless glass panel replaced the old door, and the garden tub deck was re-tiled to match.

Small square tile, retired for good.
The old surround was dated white square tile with a curtain rod bolted across it. We took it back to the studs and rebuilt in large-format marble-look porcelain with a recessed niche — same tub, same window, a bathroom that reads twice the size.

Builder grade to boutique.
A builder-grade vanity and a fiberglass tub behind a curtain came out. In went a black vanity with a marble-look top, an oval mirror, brass lighting and a full subway-tile tub surround over dark flooring.

Walk-In Shower
The dark corner became the shower.
The old stall at the back of this bath was a closed-in dark box. It’s now an open walk-in shower in large-format porcelain with a rain head, alongside a new white vanity and new tile flooring.

Laminate and a curtain, traded up.
A dated double vanity with a laminate top and a tub hidden behind a shower curtain. Now: a marble-topped double vanity, an arched mirror, a subway-tile tub surround and grey marble-look floor tile throughout.
